suite stay was amazin!
spacious apartment great view helpful staff
i stayed in a really spacious apartment. it had good views of the city too. the staff proved super helpful, they answered every question i throwed at them. i liked how close the hotel was to a train station, it made travel real easy.
the breakfast was crowded, and it was real basic.

The hotel is central, made gettin' around easy. many shoppin' malls are nearby. the proximity to the petronas towers is awesome. They are an easy walk. public transport is easy to access here too.

spacious room washing machine mini kitchen poor communication inconsistent hot water limited room service
the room was spacious with a good-sized room i really enjoyed that. there was also a washing machine and a mini kitchen. the facilities were fascinating, especially the pool.
the communication was really poor during my journey. i messaged multiple times, even on whatsapp, but nobody responded to reassure me that my room would be kept. the hot water wasn't consistently hot, and there was no option for room service until nearly lunchtime.

The apartment included two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The gym had treadmills and stationary bikes.
